This course prepares practitioners to support mothers and birthing people navigating ecological distress in a time of climate crisis. Rooted in ecopsychology and matrescence theory, the course explores how climate change impacts maternal identity, emotional wellbeing, and intergenerational resilience. Participants will learn to assess and respond to eco-anxiety, climate grief, and systemic overwhelm in maternal care, while integrating nature-based, relational, and developmental strategies.
